Every year when 9th November reaches, Buganda’s Queen mother, Her Royal Highness Nabagereka Sylvia Nagginda adds a year on to her age.
Today, as she celebrates her new age, a couple of local celebrities have joined her to celebrate as they sent in heartwarming birthday wishes that we believe could have spiced up her day.
