Vipers Continues To Strengthen Their Squad As Stephen Joseph Dhata Completes Venoms Switch



South Sudanese right back and U-20 Stephen Joseph Dhata has signed a four year contract at the four times Uganda Premier League champions Vipers Sports Club.

The 18 year old was the captain of Buddo Secondary School in the 2019 Copa Coca Cola schools tourney in Jinja and is his acquisition will bring stiff competition at the Venoms right back vying for the slot with Paul Willa.

In the ongoing transfer window, Dhata will be the fifth signing for the Venoms following the acquisition of Dissan Galiwango, Jamil Kalisa, David Bagoole and Ibrahim Orit.

The youngster has been training with the Venoms and he has been waiting for the International Transfer Certificate from South Sudanese Football Federation.

The utility defender is a product of Masaza Cup having starred for Ssingo football club and was part of the Ssingo side that defeated Busiro in the 2019 Coronation cup
