Dozens of National Resistance Movement party youth from Kibale East have pledged their support to the Minister of Gender, Labor and Social Development, Frank Tumwebaze and assured him of victory in the primary elections slated for Friday.
The youth, mostly graduates, already engaged in various gainful economic activities, acknowledged the support they got from Tumwebaze.
“A group of youth graduates from my constituency working in different sectors (public & private) and whom I have mentored and supported in one way or another, visited me today to pledge and assure me of their support in the NRM primary elections due Friday September 4,” said Tumwebaze.
They gave the Minister a decorated art piece of his portrait.
“They presented me a gift of a good art piece of my portrait. I am very happy to see that over time, a team of serious stakeholders has emerged in our community to complement our efforts,” he added.
Kibale East constituency has in four years, with Tumwebaze as its MP, registered good coverage rates of water, electricity and telecommunications.
