Mulago Hospital must be a rich ground for minting money and as we talk now, top national referral hospital bosses have bought all prime plots of land along Kitwatule and Najjera road.
The bridge has learnt that the hospital Managing Director Dr. Baterana Byarugaba has over five malls and arcades which he inspects on daily basis at night. It is reported that he is currently building two malls with one near Orxy petrol station in Kiwatule.

The other person with interests in Najjera is the hospital senior accountant a one bulky Mwasa who is believed to be the biggest landlord in Najjera, Kisaasi and Kiwatule.
