Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) management has promoted promising center forward Dominic Oyella to the senior side.
The youthful versatile winger who played for KCCA Soccer Academy last season, was confirmed as a senior team player on Sunday night during his unveiling on KCCA FC TV.
Ayella, a Senior Five student at Masaka Secondary School (PEM) was enthused about his promotion to the first team.
“I thank the almighty God who has enabled me to be promoted to the senior team. I’m very grateful to sign for the main team and It has always been my dream to play at this level and I believe this will help me develop my career,” Ayella said during his official unveiling.
He now becomes the eighth addition for KCCA FC, joining Mugume Ashraf, Lwanga Charles, Mazengo Stefano Loro, Iguma Dennis, Bright Anukani (loan), Brian Aheebwa and Andrew Kigozi Samson.
KCCA FC has however, let go of Eric Ssenjobe, Jackson Nunda, Tom Ikara, Jamil Malyamungu, Mike Mutyaba, Mustafa Kizza among others.
