Police Football Club has edged out competition from Sports Club Villa, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA FC), and Express FC to land left winger Duncan Senninde.

Senninde who signed a two-year contract with the Cops, was officially unveiled on Friday at the club’s headquarters in Kibuli.

The pint-sized left footed winger joins Police as a free agent having mutually parted ways with Vipers Sports Club earlier this month with a year left on his contract.

“I appreciate being given this opportunity; this will help me a lot in my career. I promise to put in a lot of effort to make sure good results come our way. I believe with great team work and guidance from the technical team, we shall produce good results,” Senninde noted after being unveiled.

He started his career at Regional League side Kampala Junior Team (KJT), before joining Vipers SC in 2015 and Wakiso Giants where he spent the 2019/2020 season on loan.

He joins other new club recruits including Eric Ssenjobe, Tonny Mawejje, Muwadda Mawejje, Tom Ikara, Hassan Muhammad, Derrick Ochan, Frank Tumwesigye “Zaga”, and Arnold Sembuya.

Police has also renewed contracts with winger Johnson Odong, Denis Rukundo, Edward Kiryowa, Bashir Kabuye, Mubarak Nsubuga, Musa Matovu and Yusuf Ssozi.
