Uganda’s Covid19 death toll has reached 28, with 2 new deaths confirmed today.
The deceased according to the Ministry of Health are males aged 58 years from Kapchorwa District and 59 years from Mbale District.
Meanwhile, the ministry also revealed that a total of 155 new cases were confirmed from tests taken yesterday.
Of the new cases, the majority (71) are from Kampala while others are from the districts of Kikuube – 12, Jinja – 8, Wakiso – 8, Mbarara – 6, Mukono – 6, Tororo – 5, Gulu – 4, Kitgum – 3, Pader – 3, Kisoro – 2, Builcwe 2, Luweero – 2, Bundibugyo – 1, Busia – 1, Isingiro – 1, 1<apchorwa – 1, Kasese -1, Kiryandongo- 1, Kyegegwa -1 and Mbale -1
