Bidco Uganda Limited Football Club (BUL FC), a Uganda Premier League outfit has officially unveiled five new signings, beefing up their squad ahead of the 2020/2021 season.

The new additions are goalkeeper Davis Mutebi, Paul Mbaziira, Kenneth Kibaale, Douglas Bithum and Peter Onzima who were all unveiled on Friday at the club’s headquarters in Masese, Jinja.

Both Mutebi and Mbaziira have signed deals of two years (each) whilst Bithum, Onzima and Kibaale have been given a one-year contract apiece.

Mutebi who joins from Police FC after helping the team survive last season’s relegation just by a whisker, will compete for the number one slot in between the goal posts alongside Sanon Mulabi and Abdul Kimera.

“I am very happy to join BUL FC family, I have come to win trophies and push harder as a player as I aim for a place on the national team.I will do what it takes to help the club achieve their goals so the fans should expect a lot from me. I thank the management of the club for trusting me,” Mutebi noted after his unveiling.

The quartet of Bithum, Onzima, Kibaale and Mbaziira all sign for the Jinja based club from Edgar’s Youth Academy.

The five acquisitions join former SC Villa left footed attacker Ibrahim Mugulusi and left back Aggrey Madoi, formerly at Wakiso Giants.

BUL FC has also renewed contracts for play maker Joseph Ssemujju, defender Walter Ochora (on a permanent basis from KCCA) and veteran defender Musa Walangalira.
