I taught Rema Namakula how to speak in Public—Eddy Kenzo

From her breakup to her introduction to Hamza Ssebunya, Eddy Kenzo barely speaks about his baby mama and estranged lover Rema Namakula.

However, today the BET winner has revealed how Rema Namakula is among the many artists he mentored.

During an Interview on a local radio station when Kenzo was asked if he has ever helped anyone in the music industry, he responded with a lineup of musicians that he has helped.

. “In my musical journey, I have mentored Rema Namakula, I even taught her how to talk in public,” said Kenzo

The singer also said that many Ugandans are praising Big Eye on social media because he attacked him forgetting that Big Eye was made by him.

“It is me who got Big Eye Star Boss from Kazo to start his music career,” said Eddy Kenzo.

Kenzo who is in crossfires with Bobi Wine fanatics, has laughed at whoever rooting for his failure in music because of his involvement in politics.

“I don’t think that I can fail musically because of politics. The only way I believe that someone can fail in music is when generations change because before us, there was also a different music generation that was rocking,” Kenzo added

NTV and Smirnoff prepping for the ultimate dance party anniversary

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic that saw the entertainment industry crippled, the world’s most awarded premium vodka, Smirnoff partnered with NTV to give viewers an ultimate dance party experience dubbed the NTV Dance Party.

The show was formed to encourage people keep up the weekend outgoing spirit, however, this time partying while staying safely at home during the lockdown.

From Lynda Ddane’s dazzling fashion sense to the electrifying music played by Guvnor DJs Baby Love and Mark Rebel to the energy of presenters Crysto Panda and Esco Mc and the signature Smirnoff cocktail recipes, viewers were taken on an entertainment journey at a time when everything had shut down and the world was a sad and gloomy place, every single Saturday.

NTV Dance party also held a series of fun games like the, ‘dress up to go nowhere,’ where viewers were given an opportunity to dress up in their favorite outfits and chill with friends and family whilst enjoying a Smirnoff. The best dressed viewers won prizes like the Smirnoff starter packs that included a crate of Smirnoff, two bottles of vodka, a bar set up, a mixologist and a DJ delivered at the winner’s doorstep for enjoyment.

As the show celebrates a year of bringing the party to its viewer’s homes this Saturday April 24, the Brand Manager of Smirnoff, Annet Nakigaya, the official sponsor of the ultimate party says that the most Ugandan thing we can all do is keep safe and hang out from home.

“Smirnoff is a brand that recognizes the importance of adapting as things change in society and is committed to doing the right thing and the NTV Dance Party is the perfect choice to stay connected with family, friends while hanging out from home,” said Nakiyaga.  

Several artistes are lined up to perform during the show and there are lots of Smirnoff goodies to be won by viewers.

Next Level Music CEO Shaban Mwakyusa alias Rayvanny is being accused by his baby mama Fahyvanny of child neglect.

Rayvanny’s baby mama who seemed unhappy with the singer vented out her disappointment through a series of Instagram stories where she disclosed how Rayvanny has neglected his fatherly duties.
