Dr. Clerphurs Mugenyi, Commissioner Basic Educ at the Ministry of Education also said that local governments have been using modems and their phones to do the work but this is to change due to the donation.

“Now that they have a full package of ICT equipment including a 24/7 connection to the computer, they will be able to acquire the necessary information from the MoE, UNHCR and all the partners,” he said.
